On Monday, a group of us decided to do the insane thing and try to see the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Insane, because it's still massively overcrowded, the temperatures were in the 90s and I think the humidity was in the 90s too.
Sunday was the last day of the convention... I had a lot of fun over the weekend, even though it was a lot of work and my feet are still just a bit sore (I'm just not used to standing that much... I think it would have been easier if I was walking a lot

Thursday was opening day at Star Wars Celebration V... I was helping out on the Behind-the-Scenes stage but ended up with a bit of time to wander around the show floor. There's a Belgian group who had some of the most incredible, life-sized props on display, including this one...
The convention is over, I'm back at rosiewook's place in Atlanta, I've had a good night's sleep and I'm hoping to fight off the con crud that's starting to creep in... so, it's time to get caught up on photos

This afternoon we ran up to Microsoft main campus to check on the Geocache we have hidden there (someone logged a find on it recently that was a bit confusing and we wanted to make sure it was still where it was supposed to be). While heading across campus we passed a group of guys out in the soccer fields playing cricket!
This morning, we spent a bit of time and attached the GPS mount to my bike's handlebars... this will really come in handy for taking our bikes out Geocaching! Of course, first I have to actually start riding again...
